TOUR DURATION: 3 hours and 30 mins to 4 hours.

Pick up at the Seapier after the ship is fully docked.

You will be met at the port by a Azorean Tours representative who will then guide you to your transportation.
Your half-day tour will commence as you leave the pier behind and start the drive towards the West direction of the island. Read to see the most West point of the island called Ponta do Escalvado, see Mosteiros village from the top, and the lava delta of Ferraria thermal area. Then drive through Sete Cidades village to see one of the most Azorean villages of Sao Miguel Island. You will enjoy a stop at the center of the village. This is a comfort stop, there are restroom and coffee facilities and time to see the beautiful Sete Cidades Church.
When everyone is ready, back onto your transportation and travel to the bridge that divides the two lakes (the blue and green lake). From there, its a drive up the Crater from the other side, stop first at the viewpoint to see Sao Tiago Lake and at the same area the view of a different perspective of the Twin Lakes, then drive up until we reach the Vista do Rei viewpoint to see Sete Cidades Crater Lake (blue and green lake).

From here, you will make a short stop to see the only Aqueduct (dated at 1817) on the island covered with Azorean natural vegetation. Then goto Pico do Carvão viewpoint, take in the views - you can see both the South and North coast (the flat and thinner area of the island). Your final stop takes you to a Pineapple Plantation, to see how Azoreans grow one of the best Pineapples in the world. A perfect way to end your tour and from here you travel back to your cruise ship.
